Life isn’t quite how you pictured. You have so many things going for you but it’s becoming more of a struggle to balance everything. Family, children, relationships, work, health, etc. Algo tiene que cambiar.

I work with Latinx adults who are struggling with feelings of anxiety, sadness, low self-worth, and/or have a history of trauma. Usually, they seem to have it all together. No one would guess that some days it’s so hard to keep going. Yet, they do and take care of everyone else in the process. But overworking themselves comes at a cost: fatigue, headaches, not feeling “good enough”, feeling like an imposter, resentment, isolation, feeling alone, and even panic. Add the impact of racism, discrimination, and microaggressions and it’s all too much.

I want you to know that going to therapy does not mean you are crazy. It takes courage to seek support. When you decide you’ve had enough, know that you can talk to someone who understands your language and struggle.

I help Latinx clients with the difficult things in life so that they can get back to living a full life.

Mereces sentirte mejor.
